Late-Season Tactics The Focus On Final Deer Talk Now for 2012

It’s cold up north, but deer season is rockin’ right along in the Southeast and Southwest with about 10 more weeks remaining in the season!

So what late-season tactics might work best? Staying in the woods or travel routes? Sitting over open areas where bucks will be chasing hot does? What’s the best way – if there is one! – to stop a buck with love on his mind so you can get a shot?

Deer Talk Now will provide answers to these questions and more this Wednesday in the final show of the year!

Our fans’ best questions will take the spotlight Wednesday on Deer Talk Now, the one-hour live web cast about deer and deer hunting. Dan Schmidt and Brad Rucks of Deer & Deer Hunting will pick and discuss some of the best questions submitted by fans. Deer Talk Now begins at 12 p.m. Central from the Deer & Deer Hunting headquarters in Wisconsin. Deer Talk Now is presented by Mathews, Carbon Express and ICOtec.

Your questions are critical to Wednesday’s show so send them in on the “Deer Talk Now” webpage. Submit a question to be considered and you will join the pool eligible to win cool prizes that could include Carbon Express arrows, Deer & Deer Hunting calendars, “Legendary Whitetails III,” a grab bag of scent-control products from ATSKO and possibly more! All for simply submitting your question for consideration!

We’ll also have special deals in for great things for Christmas including the 2013 Whitetail Lunar Calendar, with information about daily lunar cycles and the rutting activity forecasts by Wayne Laroche and Charles Alsheimer’s based on their time-tested years of research! Also hot right now are the Super Hot Ma-Mah Calls, the Smokey’sPre-Orbital and Interdigital lures, and the Bark River Knives custom knife exclusively designed for Deer & Deer Hunting.

Wednesday – Dec. 19 – is the last day you can order from and have it delivered in time for Christmas. Don’t delay and miss having something under the tree or in time to go on a holiday deer hunt!
