Venison Recipe: Grilled Deer Chili

2 lb. venison burger, cooked on the grill
1 med. onion, diced
1 pkg chili seasoning
2 qt. stewed tomotoes
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic
Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper to taste

Brown onions in large stock pot. Add grilled burger (busted into bite-sized pieces). Salt and pepper to taste. Add chili seasoning, stewed tomatoes, and seasonings. Let simmer about one hour. Top with cheese.
