Louisiana Men Hit With 76 Counts of Wildlife Violations

Four Louisiana men have been charged with 76 counts of wildlife violations in Iowa following an investigation into their trip there last autumn.

James Keith Moore, 41, of Hammond, La., Michael D. Fralick, 45, of Ponchatoula, La., Stanley B. Russell, 46, of Roseland, La., and William H. Chambliss, 39, of Kentwood, La., have been named in the investigation. They face 76 counts and almost $86,000 in fines and civil damages for allegedly killing five deer last November.
