Scott Archery, the world’s foremost manufacturer of mechanical release aids for archery, is now offering its most hunter-friendly design ever: The new Freedom XT release.
By coupling Scott’s legendary trigger system with a new strap concept, the Freedom XT offers a silky-smooth, zero-torque shooting experience with the freedom to have your release mechanism in reach when you need it—and out of the way when you don’t.
“This may be the most comfortable and practical hunting release Scott has ever developed,” said Eric Griggs, president of Scott Archery. “The Freedom XT is well named because it offers total freedom of movement. The ‘fall-away’ design keeps your release out of the way until you’re ready to shoot; as you draw, anchor and aim the contour of the swept-back trigger gives you complete control and confidence.”
The Freedom XT features the exclusive, fully adjustable Roller Sear Technology, which works with the 360-degree rotation of its fluted barrel to deliver the smooth, accurate, torque-free release action that is the hallmark of Scott releases. The Freedom XT boasts a single- caliper jaw with an integrated return spring that is exclusive to this new release; you’ll also find a comfortable leather buckle strap with glass-filled nylon connector that allows the Freedom XT’s head to flip backward instantly when needed.
“Scotthas delivered complete freedom to move wherever I need to be,” reports professional shooter, Levi Morgan. “The ergonomics of the barrel, full adjustability, and the fall away connector of the Freedom XT all work together to make sure that my hands are free, but my release is there when I need it.”
Available in black, Realtree XtraTM, and an exclusive Patriot edition, the Freedom XT is the newest release in the Scott Archery lineup. To learn more visit www.scottarchery.com.
