Deer poachers will undoubtedly be on high alert in North Dakota this fall after a
landmark decision against a waterfowl poacher. 33-year-old Todd Siemers lost his hunting
priveleges for 16 years when he was busted for operating a waterfowl guide service
in North Dakota and Nebraska without a license. Granted, the penalties were pretty
stiff, but Siemers was a repeat offender.
