Wake Forest Approves Urban Bowhunting Opportunities

Officials in a North Carolina town have approved bowhunting within its city limits, the latest city to join the ranks offering urban archery.

Wake Forest Board of Commissioners voted 4-1 recently to allow bowhunting. Limitations will be in place, including a minimum requirement of at least five acres. The approval is for private lands only.
