FeraDyne Outdoors, which manufactures Rage broadheads, Rage Cage quivers, Muzzy Broadheads, Muzzy bowfishing gear and Nockturnal lighted nocks, has acquired Tru-Fire Corporation.

We intend to continue building the business through both new-product development and acquisitions. We are 100 percent focused on delighting and serving our customers.”
Steve Tentler, president of Tru-Fire said he sees a bright future.

Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
