With Family and Friends, Happy Birthday to Me!

I know how to live. I know how to love. I know how to hunt and I know how to ROCK!

But I really know how to party. I mean really party! Like celebrating spiritual family campfires with the greatest people in the world at amazing deercamps in America where the positive energy, goodwill, decency, glowing attitude and American freedom spirit shines brighter than the golden embers beneath the sizzling grilled backstraps.

Brothers Joe and Mike came to our Texas home SpiritWild Ranch all the way from Baltimore, Maryland.

Farmer Kenny made the trip from his home in Northern California.

Seventy-four year old lifelong hunter Ted drove in from Missouri.

Scott made the trip up from Houston.

Jeff made the long journey from Boston, Massachusetts.

It was a typical Uncle Ted hunting camp. Good, hard working Americans that earn their own way, sacrifice, live within their means, save for a rainy day, prioritize life’s responsibilities and make sure they have the time and means to go on the occasional hunting trip.

I have dedicated my life to promoting American freedoms, conservation, 2nd Amendment rights, hunting rights, self-evident truth, logic and commonsense for more than 50 years. Everything I do in one way or another promotes these quality of life truisms.

I created our award winning Ted Nugent Spirit of the Wild TV show 27 years ago to share with the masses the scientific reality of sustain yield wildlife value, hands-on wise use resource conservation, habitat carrying capacity and how the American hunting lifestyle model has produced the most successful wildlife benefitting management system in the history of the world.

Jeff came from Boston and had a super birthday time.

I also created our Ted Nugent Sunrize Safaris those many years ago to book, guide and outfit real quality hunting experiences for people as a direct response to the tsunami of inquiries and requests I received to teach people how to hunt, shoot and get into the outdoor lifestyle.

In this crazy culture war where the government, media and academia regurgitates lie after lie and attacks all the best things about America, I knew I had to stand up loud and proud and counterpunch their rotten scamming at every opportunity.

I didn’t make many friends over the many years, but the friends I do make are the greatest people in the world. Great people residing rock-solid in the asset column of life, always giving, never taking, always there when you need them.

We call them BloodBrothers!

And that my deeranddeerhunting.com friends, represents the foundation of the best parties available to mankind.

As we wrap up our annual SpiritWild Ranch hunt, me and the guys are loading up all the sacred kills for the week and taking them to Fortson’s Taxidermy/Butcher in Waco, Texas, where the guys will fill their coolers with the hard earned sacred flesh of their hunts and give directions for the reverential taxidermy work to eternally celebrate the mystical dynamo of the mighty beasts.

They will never forget the wind, the air, the smells, the sounds, the fun, the excitement, the encounters, the beauty of the setting, the beauty of the creatures, the moment of truth, the snick of the safety, the crosshairs solid on the shoulder, the breathing, the trigger squeeze, the kill, the joy, the gutting, the story sharing, the campfire dinners, the laughter, the toasts, the relentless BS sessions, the photos, the handshakes, and the spirit. Oh that mighty spirit stay with you forever.

As I say good-bye to these great gentlemen, I load up my truck and trailer with all the sporting goodies and gear as I head to the Ox Ranch in Uvalde Texas to celebrate my 68th birthday to continue this wonderful spirit.

We will again have moving campfire, meals, laughter, stories and that uniquely American deercamp wonderment that exemplifies the term party in my life.

The Uncle Ted party never really ends, and it will be in full force nonstop right through January and February 2017. Then the Nuge parties will fire-up again and again as the new-year rages on.

I’m a party animal, and all my parties include many animals and special people who know how to use them properly.

The Holidays are coming on strong and I hope you all have the most wonderful family and friends parties of your life. Party like you mean it, and I hope someday we can share that very special spirit campfire party together.
