With the warm weather in Iowa the deer movement had slowed up a bit so we took advantage of the light movement. As we are all part of “Working Class Whitetail’s”
it means that we actually work so we can hunt, rather than hunt for our work. With winter closing in back home in Minnesota I ran home to make sure we finished our last few concrete and asphalt projects. Although early November is when I want to be in the stand, taking the time to do so becomes far easier knowing we have completed our major projects! I will be back in the stand by Thursday afternoon and I plan to hunt Iowa for at least 10 more days and now I can focus on Whitetail’s instead of work projects. It is just a matter of time so hang with us!
