Longtime hunter and wild game chef Scott Leysath brought his knowledge about deer hunting and venison preparation to Deer Talk Now! Leysath, the “Sporting Chef,” had some great insights on prime cuts, preparation, the “gamey” taste (it really isn’t) and even some of the often-tossed cuts such as neck and shoulder roasts, shanks and ribs.
