I was going through the latest issue, and was really enjoying it, and then I saw the ad on page 70.
You know, one of the things that separates D&DH from most all of the other hunting mags is the absence of the tacky Viagra ads and the like. To me, all that stuff has no place in an outdoor sports magazine that's geared towards men, women and young people.
IMO, the ad on page 70 went beyond the Viagra ads even. It was using a woman's body to sell a product that has absolutely NOTHING to do with a woman's breast size. Cheap, tacky, double meaning adolescent humor that as a father of a college age daughter I resent highly.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no prude, and can tell my share of tacky jokes and the like, but it should be in the right setting.
D&DH is NOT that setting.
