d&dh online customer service portal not working

I tried to enroll on your customer service website, but keep getting "internal server error". The url I used was linked from the main d&dh website and ends up at https://ssl.palmcoastd.com/07601/apps/LOGINSSO

I also tried password recovery and it says my email isn't on file.

Anyone else have a problem with it?
