I'm useing the trophy rocks. They are deer magnits.
They seem to work best near water. Put them in a spot where
there is no runoff from rain. Like a hole. Jake

trophy rocks huh? I was wondering the same thing what kind of feed that was. Saw you were from ohio, I am hunting there this november. How far are you from mcConnellsville or something like that?

What trail cameras r u using? I have a mouletree i'm using. every thing gets stolen around here so I don't want to spend 2 much money.

I use a home made mixture.  Glad to share it with you guys.
 
50 lbs stock salt
50 lbs trace mineral
50 lbs dried molasis
50 lbs of di-calcium phosphate (for antler growth, you can leave it out and they hit it just the same)
 
mix it in a 55 gallon trash can so you can mix it evenly.  Then I store it in 5 gallon buckets with lids to keep it dry till I use it.
 
Pour it on the ground with a few gallons of water and work it into the ground with a rake and the deer do the rest.  One 5 gallon bucket every 6 months is plenty.  I put mine out in March to help antler growth and again in early Septmber before the season starts.
 
Use this and you will not go back to store bought products.  Total cost for a years worth of this is about $75 bucks and it will do about 6 sites for a whole year.
