 But this season will surely be special as I bring a new member to Deer Camp this year, my seven year old son.  My hopes are that he too can join us on that same spiritual level where few words are spoken but whole stories are told.

The most honest, unguarded moments I have spent with my kids were while hunting. May your first hunt with him be blessed.

 It's reminds me of the old Nascar commercial, "how bad have you got it"? You walk outside that first cool, crisp, frosty morning, and get the urge to take your first piss out in the yard..., under a licking branch..., in a bare spot in the yard. Ahhhhhh.(Believe me, I stop short of rub-urinating.)
