I did some checking on the balistics charts for 150s and 130 from Remington and Federal. I didn't look at all of them. But for the most part the 130 had more energy at all distances. Federal has a 150 BTSP starts out with less energy but passes the 130 around 200 yards. Neither ever has an advantage of much more that 60 ft-lbs. It looks like the 140s might have a bit more energy but not really until you get out past 200 ro 300 yards.
But I think what might give the 150 an advantage is that if both bullets lose the same percentage of mass the 150 has more than the 130. If you're going to handload then you can probably squeeze some more velocity our of the 150 and get some extra energy if you thing it is needed.
