It goes bang. That's about all I can say in its favor. I fed some to the Mini-14's. They all went off and didn't jam. I would not trust them on deer.

Steel case? Berdan primed?

If you are looking for plinking ammo, it should do okay. For deer hunting? I'd spend a bit more. The heavier Remington PSPCL's you can get at Walmart will do if you don't bounce them off a shoulder blade.
