My first 44 mag pistol

I finally just got my new 44 mag pistol I'm so excited! I've been wanting one for 20 years, I traded one of my 300 win mag on it all it did is collect dust in the gun cabinet lol!! My question is what is the best gran bullet to use? And what kind of bullet? I hunt in the panhandle of Florida so our deer are the same size as Alabama deer are! My average shot is going to be 50-75 yards could be longer but that's how far I fell good! I was looking at 180 gran or a 200 is this good or should I go higher! Thanks y'all
