Thompson Center service?

Anyone have any recent experience with TC service? I just sent a Hawken in and was curious how long it might take to hear something. They're website says they will inspect it and advise of needed repairs before they do anything, if it's covered under warranty they will fix it. I need it back before November...I'll cross my fingers.

Poo...they just sent it back to me. The said there was obvious neglect and would not warranty it. They said to get a replacement bbl and not to shoot it.

Call Green Mountain.  You want a 15/16  .50 cal IBS long range hunter barrel for a TC Hawken.

Cabelas says they are back ordered and they don't know if they will ever get them again...need to take it off their web site. They are back ordered on several sites. Must be a green mountain issue.
