Hi Deldeerhunter and welcome to the site. I don't have an H&R slug gun yet, but its on my list of desired items for this year. I have 2 H&R guns (muzzleloader and Handi-rifle) that I really enjoy shooting. Both are very accurate and reliable. In fact I'm looking at getting a pardner pump turkey model in the next week or two. It's just my opinion, but I've had nothing but good experiences with my H&Rs and would recommend them to anyone.
