Anyone here have any experience with Redfield scopes? I am looking to outfit my Remington BDL with a new scope and am down to two models. The Nikon (buckmasters or prostaff) and the Redfield. I have been reading alot of good reviews on the redfield revolution and being backed by Leupold warranty is a big plus.

Just bought one for my new Ruger M77 .270. I bought it mainly because of the Leupold warranty and the easy click adjustments. By the sound of the reviews, you can't go wrong.

A couple of the reviews said somthing about a remington long action (which I have, 700 BDL 30/06) of the tube not being long enough? Having to use leupold rings to make it work.

I put a 2-7 on my Sako 30-06, and had to use offset rings. They are Redfield type, and work fine, so far about 25 shots and it is holding zero fine.

I put the 3X9 on my Savage 220F which is based on the 110 long action and it fit fine.
