In Ohio, no rifles allowed. Except for coyotes and wild hogs. Might be able to use RPG's on them. But no rifles in the Buckeye state.

Well the legislature just passed a law making the break open breach muzzleloaders LEGAL to hunt with in the state. This come directly from Mass Wildlife management and a state EPO. The Encore is now legal!!! Someone is listening, now we need to work on the "No hunting on Sunday law" next!!!

Can't use them here in Illinois either. Doesn't make sense considering ML's and sabot slug guns are accurate to over 200 yds. While we can use"any caliber semi-auto rifle with high capacity magazine" to hunt yotes. Sure we can spray the woods with 30 rounds of.308 out of an AR, but can't use a bolt action for deer.
