VA bowhunting regulation

I'm going to hunt VA for the first time this year. In doing some research, I read that a bow must be able to shoot a broadhead tipped arrow 125 yards to be considered legal. Most states have poundage limits which are easy to regulate, but how easy is it to enforce a 125 yard rule. Is there some conversion chart that equates draw weight to maximum distance?
