Anyone notice land coming down in price all over the state (for the most part)? There are some pockets in central Florida and some certain counties that are still pretty pricey, but I have seen some 30 and 40 + acres plots of land for $1100 an acre!!!!
I never thought I would see $1000 acre anywhere in FL again.
There certainly appear to be some opportunities out there for those wanting them.

I have definitely noticed. Unfortunately, the only property I have seen around $1000/ac is around Perry. That's makes for a long ride from St. Pete. Have you seen anything in that price range closer?

Yep, i've seen it there and further north.
Still not bad.
Yeah the closer you get to us in the TB area the $$$$$$. Its the convenience factor for sure.
I wouldn't mind a 2 hour haul perhaps.
