Sept 1 2010 state ok the use of crossbows during archery season

I Expect the September 1 decision was just too late to get it included in this years rule books. I do believe it was a correct decision to allow CBs in all deer seasons. There is no real reason not too as many states are beginning to realize. It does not affect me personally as I have a CB permit now but I voted in favor of it. I cannot think of any reasonable reason that they should not be allowd. Only those that would like fewer hunters in the woods would be against the inclusion.

Gulfcapt, I am not sure what your question is. I mentioned that I voted for the CB inclusion because I felt it was a right thing for the state of Florida and not for selfish reasons since I hunt with a CB now.

Im sorry, What I was thinking was some state now are requiring a crossbow education class before hunting in that state, and i had a brain fart! I know what your talking about bakabob
