Leupold should be able to take care of you.  Call their customer service.  I've never heard anything but good things about them.

I can't remember if it is a Leupold, Browning, or Redfield base. It does have a nondescript "R" on it. I think the Leupold screws still may fit it though.

Hi there. I noticed that when I put my gun away the other night that one of the windage screws in the back of the base had come out. Evidently I did not have it locked down good enough. Can you get replacement screws or do I need to get a new base? I think it is a Leupold base.
