Mock Scrapes?

September is right aroud the corner and that means it's scrape time. I like to get my scrapes started early. Usually when I see the first "hard" horns is when I start. What I was wondering is what kind of scents do you use and at what times of the year. Generally I will start out with pure buck urine only up until about mid-October and then I will start the estrous urine. As soon as November 1st comes around or when the scrapes start to dry up, that is when I will stop hunting my scrapes. Then after most of the breeding is over, I will start back up with buck urine and estrous. What do you guys think?
