How many opportunities do you get to hunt each fall?

When I was working I usually got to hunt for 25 to 30 days....I was laid off back in May so this year should beable to get out a lot more (season runs for 8 weeks) Oct 17th to first Sunday in Dec...I may need every minute...not seeing any deer as of yet...will go back out this afternoon...wife thinks I hunt too much...I come out most days and do some things around the house for a couple hours...keeps her happy...hunts2long

Man I have not ever thought of it like this.  I have a few acres behind the house and hunt all the time when I'm not working on the place or at work... I would have to probably 80 or more not counting wild hogs and varmits

When I was younger and had no money, I had places to hunt that were 10 minutes of my home. There wasn't a lot of deer back then, but I did get to hunt...a LOT.
 
Now that I'm older, and have the money...well I DID have some money until last year [:o].....all my hunting spots are at least an 1 1/2 away, and the main one is 4 hours, so my hunting time is reduced. The good part is the QUALITY is FAR better than when I had more time than money....although if things don't start to improve by spring I won't have any time OR money!!!!! [>:]

I believe I'm in the 20-30 days range. 
 
I have 10 days logged so far this year.
