Trail cameras using cellular technology

What is the best trail camera using cellular technology? I see they require AT & T service but do you have to actually buy another phone since I am not an AT & T customer?

all you need to do is buy the actual service from AT&T, not a whole additional phone. just buy the cam, then stop in to a corporate AT&T store and ask for a pre paid sim card for your camera. $10/month for 1000 pics sent to your cell or $20/month for unlimited pics. theyre pretty slick
