bad bushnell pics

Postby luvhuntin » Sun Nov 25, 2012 7:25 pm

Hey guys
I am having some real trouble with my 2011 bushnell trophy cam "trophy xlt" I rarely get a good night pic out of this camera i have checked it for firmware updates, according to the website it is up to date. here are a couple of sample pics for ref. if they all were as good as the second pic i could be ok with that (not really a cheaper cam takes better pics). but it really seems to me that all the IR sensors are not turning on. both the bushnell deer pics are ft away, the bottom pic it`s probably 5 to 8 ft. I have the sensor set on high which is supposed to be the best way to catch deer in moderate temps. The day pics also seem darker than I think they should be except in clear sky conditions. I`ll probably send it back to them this spring and get it checked out unless someone tells me this is as good as it gets.Oh yeah batteries were a week old in the last pic and checked twice to be sure they were in correctly and tight.
