Not sure what you mean by defective hearts? Can you explain that a bit more?

I hate to put words in someone elses mouth..but i believe he's refering to blowing the living smithereens out of the heart and other organs with the kill shot...

I also never knew so many people ate the hearts...not me ...maybe i will have to try some.---[:D]

I kind of thought that too, but it seemed a bit unrealistic to make that many heart shots. Just curious.
When I was young we had a lot of liver for dinner...never cared for it, but the rule was that you had to eat what was on your plate. My mother also made kidney stew on occasion. It had a subtle hint of the taste of urine. To this day organ meats do not pass my lips.
