One of my favorites is deer soup,
Its easy, here goes:
Cut 3 or4 potatoes into thin slices and fry with cut onions and mushrooms.
Cut 1.5 lbs (or more) venison (or bear) and fry in light oil.
make a couple cups of beef broth.
Then combine venison and potatoes and add beef broth untill the meat and taters are covered. cook on low for a few minutes, and serve in bread bowl.
