football rolled roast

roll cut football roast about 1 inch thick until you get a long strip,mix turkey stuffing,cover strip of meat,roll up and tie,put in a roaster pan with potatoes,carrots,onions.pour apple juice or cider over top.bake at 350 for 1.5 to 2 hrs. cut roast crosswise so you get slices that are meat wrapped around stuffing.you can season outside of roast with any seasoning you want.i like to use garlic powder and greek seasoning
