Well I'll tell it how I make it...for measuring went away with my youth..[;)]
cook up 2 cups dry rice ..per instructions...add a table spoon of beef soup stock mix
Cook up a pound of venison with 1 chopped onion and 1 bell pepper and lots of garlic....drain and set aside
This makes ALOT ...So in a lrg baking dish mix most of rice with meat mixure....then add 2 cans of diced tomatos with juices half a can of sliced Blk olives..... add a spash of V-8 and a can of med. chilis and sprinkling of celentra(sp)
Mix it all and bake at 350 until bubbly and well you'll know ...then turn off oven ...pull out rack and sprinkle with a mexican cheese mix...leave in oven until well melted
