I love these arrows! I shoot the 400's and my groups are awesome, my 4 arrows are always just about touching and are all within a 2" circle and i don't consider myself that great of a shot so I think the arrows are really helping out. I can also tell i'm picking up speed and gaining more hitting power when they hit my target. I highly recommend them!

these are really light arrows and  won't contribute to your bows life.  They are fast yes but what you give up in KE for that speed is not going to help in penetration, or ethics in the kill.  I hope you don't take to many long shots as there will be very little kinetic energy left for penetration at greater distances.  These however would make a great target arrow.  Good luck!
