hi, i'm new on the forum and realize this was posted back a few months but i thought i would help with the age, now its clear the original lingual crest of the first molar is worn away, simulated lingual crest have appeared, secondary crests appear worn away, the first molar worn to within 4-5 mm of gum on buccal side and second molar to wiyhin 5-6 mm plus heavy dentine crests on molars all point to five and onehalf
