Have never seriously hunted sheds, but this past March, while putting out a couple of mineral blocks, I accidently found a recently shed prong-antler. Hoping the other side might be in the general area, I found myself spending a hour or so roaming around trying to locate the mate. Unfortunately, never found the other side, but next year, probably around February sometime, think I take a few serious strolls through the woods, maybe finding some interesting sheds. A fellow could get hooked on this sort of thing, I suppose.
It isn't what happens to us, it is how we deal with it, that matters most.
