Millenium stands

My buddy set one up at the bottom of a tree for me to just sit in and check out and I was impressed to say the least at how comfortable this stand was.  The receiver brackets are quick and quiet and allow for multiple stand sites.  It can't get any easier or safer to hang a stand.  My question is if they are as quiet as a lone wolf when it gets cold and how well do the sling style seats hold up?
