best way to tie off

i have a summit 180 and was wondering what is the best way to tie off facing the tree
i didnt climb to the top of the food chain to eat soy burgers

never sat facing the tree but the general rule is that the safety line should almost be taunt while your sitting.the less stretch in the line  the shorter your fall,God forbid
