Gorilla Greyback Climber Tree stands

Postby cjgaleana » Mon Mar 07, 2011 2:17 am

I wanted to know if anyone had any comments about the Gorilla Greyback Climber Tree stands?
I bought one on discount and read a couple crumby reviews and also a few good ones. Still not enough to make a good decision on whether to use this one or give it to a buddy of mine and get something better. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

My friend owns one, and it is a decent stand. Nice for an all day sit in the woods too. But, it is a little heavy to carry.
I only hunt on days that end in ' Y '.

So how are you liking the gorilla? I was in the market for a climber and looked at gorilla. But like you, I was turned off by the reviews. Decided on a cougar claw bubba. It's a big platform (makes me feet better) and its really comfortable. Got 2. I hate treestands but these are pretty darn nice.A bit $$ tho which is why I even looked at gorilla. Your thoughts? I could always use another :)
