Does D&DH offer a digital magazine subscription?

Postby FFKEVIN » Sun Aug 09, 2009 5:50 am

I know you can purchase individual D&DH issues at this web site - https://store.coverleaf.com/softslate/do/manufacturer/deeranddeerhunting/#library

But does D&DH offer a digital year subscription? And if so, can I convert my existing subscription to a digital one???

I tried the first link. It took me 5 minutes to get to the table of contents page, and then when I clicked on a article I did want, I got a blank page after a long wait. This is even WORSE than PDF! It's a good thing it's free, because I would have been REALLY P.O.'ed if I had paid for it!

I have broadband also.

On my laptop it takes less than 5 SECONDS for the entire page to load. I don't know why it takes yours 5 minutes. You have either got an old, slow, outdated computer that is in need of an upgrade and/or replaced all together OR you have a lot of spyware, adware, bugs, viruses, etc. that is slowing your system down.

It does not matter that you have a fast internet connection, if you have a slow computer it won't work fast...[&:]

Back to my orginal question - I was wondering if anyone can tell me if D&DH magazine offers a digital magazine subscription???

We don't yet offer a digital subscription but will in the near future - great to hear there's interest! We will also be moving to a higher-quality Consumer PDF product. Stay tuned!

Thanks for the update!!!

Looking forward to reading the digital editions soon!!!

Any thought about teaming up with Amazon's Kindle? I've been wanting to buy one and this would be the selling point for me. I could read it while sitting in my treestand. Just a thought...[:D]
