Plus that's like saying there are a whole lot of people voting for McCain because he is white, not because he's more qualified or will do a better job. Oh wait, that one is true.

Well finally we agree. He IS more qualified and will do a better job than Obamarxist.

Are you sure you didn't fall and bump your head or anything?

Exactly, hunter 480!
Too many people I know are voting for Osama, not because they think he is more qualified or will do a better job, but so they will feel good about themselves for voting for a minority.
I have no problem with a minority being president. I think Colin Powell would have been a good one, but now he has jumped on the Osama wagon and I have lost respect for him.

I have to disagree with you on Powell-he calls himself a Republican, but he`s anti-gun and pro-abortion, so how does he call himself Republican?

Now, Condi Rice, get her to agree to run for President, and I`m on her side.

Buckhunter21 and Ranwin33, I am with you guys.  We'll be the only three morons on this forum to vote for Obama.  And I'm proud to do it.

Amen!

I'm not quite sure but I think they just admitted that all three were morons!!! hahaha[:D][:D][:D][:D] Whel, they're right anyone who votes for Obama is, unless of course you would LIKE having your taxes raised to fund socialist programs to benefit those that want everything for free from the government and hand outs that are generated from US (salary/wage tax), the taxpayer, who would be left in the dust

How can Powell call himself a Republican when he jumps on the Anti-American Democratic bandwagon?  I've lost a lot of respect for Powell now too.

I`m still waiting for someone to explain how a man with 3 years experience as a junior Senatore is qualified to lead this Country.

The silence is quite deafning, but then what could I expect. The answer hasn`t been forthcoming, because there just is no answer. He simply is not qualified, and many American sheep are falling for the feel-good politics that political correctness give them.

And you believe that a 100 year old man with history of health issues, along with a running mate that has little experience herself, is qualified to run the nation?  What happens if McCain dies, which there is a decent chance considering his age and the amount of stress that will be upon him, do you REALLY think Pahlin can guide this country?  I LAUGH at that notion...But then cry because I know if that happened we'd be doomed.

Wow, you obviously must listen to everything you hear on those Bush, I mean McCain commercials.  Sure you'd believe the sky is red if he said so.  Anyways, if you didn't know, they both are for NOT raising taxes, and the only tax increase you'll see is if you make more than 200k single, or 250k joint for Obama....Anything under that you are getting a tax BREAK that is double what McCain has put forth.  The biggest tax break for him is for the wealthy...Seriously?!  Come on.

BREAKING DOWN THE NUMBERS

Here's how average tax bills could change in 2009 if the candidates' tax proposals were fully in effect.* An average decline doesn't mean everyone's bill in a given group would fall, nor does an average increase imply everyone's bill goes up.

MCCAIN
OBAMA

Income
Avg. tax bill
Avg. tax bill

Over $2.9M
-$577,148
+$699,872

$603K and up
-$109,214
+$121,689

$227K-$603K
-$15,877
+$942

$161K-$227K
-$6,322
-$2,796

$112K-$161K
-$3,736
-$2,135

$66K-$112K
-$1,487
-$1,264

$38K-$66K
-$608
-$1,118

$19K-$38K
-$259
-$892

Under $19K
-$65
-$567

* Not all proposals are slated for 2009. Example: Obama's proposal to increase what high-income earners must pay into Social Security. The campaign said such a measure wouldn't take effect for 10 years.

And YOU believe that a less than one term Cook County Illinois political hack who's never held a real job, never managed ANYTHING, never had the responsibility of meeting a payroll, or had to administrate anything even as little as a PTA meeting is qualified to be POTUS???

I tell you what. Give me 4 things that Obama has done that qualify him to be POTUS. NOT what your opinion of him is, not what he SAYS he'll do, but an actual track record of past job experiences that qualify him to be the CEO of the most powerful, richest nation in the world.

I don't care how smart he is, I don't care how many lemmings he inspires. Let's pretend that you are the head of a board of directors of a major corporation, and you have been entrusted to interview potential new CEOs.

A long history of past success or experience doesn't always mean future success...All you guys are banking on McCain because he has all this experience, etc.  That doesn't mean much all the time.  Some people are natural born leaders and Obama is one of those people.

I ask you this...Why don't you do the same thing for the governor of 100 people, I mean of Alaska?

Democrats will not ever study or learn anything about their candidate. Call em a Dem thats good enough for them, they will tell you his tax plan is great, as long as you dont make over 250.000 your fine, then it was 200 thousand, now it's 150 grand. They know their candidate is anti gun, but seem to think that for some odd reason he wont go after guns. This guy is a liberal's liberal. He hates Israel, He in know way shape or form has as much approval rating as Sahara Palin has in Alaska, at about 83% thats huge..I mean it would be great to redistribute the wealth, go listen to Obama on Youtube talking about this very thing, and then conclude that he say's it, want's to do it, but you feel he won't this time...

I just can't believe this is true. You know a whole bunch of people voting for Obama because he's black? Please, I know the part of the country you come from, very well, and that would not be the demographic of the local population.

Plus that's like saying there are a whole lot of people voting for McCain because he is white, not because he's more qualified or will do a better job. Oh wait, that one is true.
