This mammoth whitetail is roaming MN. The sheds measure 180+, with a spread, he's easily in the high 190s as a typical. What a beauty!

Sounds like that's in/near Excelsior, MN which I would consider a suburb of Minneapolis. I wonder if the buck lives within city limits?

Yes, that is the "Excelsior Buck". I live about a mile from where this buck roams. He was caught on video 2 years ago, and they found his sheds last year. It is a western suburb of Minneapolis right on Lake Minnetonka. Thick woods, water, food sources, and no hunting pressure! This buck is a brute! We do have a metro bowhunters association, and we do get permission to hunt the city limits to cull deer once in a while. No one has ever seen the buck on stand though!
