weight limits on tree stands

im looking for a ladder stand that will hold about 400 lbs anything i looked at is rated for 300 lbs ive seen ads for tree lounge and i used to own one that showed a skid of cinder blocks being held by the tree lounge i am a handicapped hunter how do they determine the weight limits on tree stands i never could figure that out after seeing the tree lounge ad it sure is questionable why it only has a 300 lb limit i really need a tree stand that can lift up a wheelchair thanks hank

I have 6 of the 2 man ladder stands by three different manufacturers. All 6 of them list the weight limit at 500 pounds.
