Mazonia State Park

So my wife and I were driving home from a visit to my old hometown over the weekend. We weren't in a hurry, so we decided to follow the signs to the Mazonia State Park fish and wildlife area. We drove through the area and checked it out. It looked pretty cool, and it's not too far from where I'm living.

Anybody have any experience with this park? I'm always looking for new places to fish and such. I especially like to find new places to ice fish. However, I hate showing up to places blind. I don't have a boat or a fish finder or anything. I'm hoping somebody out there will give up a little info on a honey hole... No worries, it's far enough away I wouldn't be there very often!
