It makes sense mate and i personally feel that its necessary for us to take care of this all,This is correct and i guess we gotta know about this all.Pretty cool this.

Healthy Food
1. You're in a funk
Eat: Sweet potatoes

2. You can't sleep
Eat: Hummus

3. Your muscles ache
Drink: Tart cherry juice

4. You feel sluggish
Drink: Coconut water

5. Your stomach is rebelling
Drink: Peppermint tea

6. You have a pounding migraine
Eat: Spinach

7. You need to raise your blood sugar levels
Eat: Dried Apricots
