Anyone working on their fitness and trying to eat right is going to encounter hunger if you are moving from a higher-fat diet to a lower fat, healthier diet. First of all, don't do away with all fat, make sure you are getting olive oil. Greeks are one of the healthiest peoples, and I read that they get about 30% of their calories from olive oil.
Eat more and more often. The best tip I can offer is to up your portion sizes of just about anything you eat by adding vegetables. Load them up on your pizza, you might eat a slice less. Add your favorites to soup. In fact, if you like soup, make a batch of veggie soup and eat whenever. I have good recipes. Add salads to meals, and I mean real salads with crunchy veggies that are satisfying, not a bowl of lettuce.
Last tip is keep your fridge full of healthy stuff. When you are hungry, you will grab whatever is fast. I know I do. So find what you want to incorporate into your diet health-wise and put those foods front and center in the fridge and pantry. If it's veggies, cut them up so all you have to do is grab them.
All I got for today.
