Workout Plan

Postby Christopher » Thu Dec 13, 2012 7:53 am

There should be proper timing for the exercises.
Morning time is the best for the exercising.
At least half hour should be spended on exercising.
My daily workout routine is such as:
Push ups: 25,
Pull ups: 25,
Sits up: 50,
Jogging: 15 minutes,
Swimming: 20 minutes.

Hi Christopher. Thanks for detailed and easy to follow workout plan. I am a beginner bodybuilder. I have heard that fast muscles growth need intake of prohormones. Is it true? If yes, please tell me the best supplier of genuine supplements.
