If you have cable TV you may have access to free on demand programing.we have 2 good shows here 1 is exercise TV the other is sports school.the rountines run the gamut from easy to hardcore.the ability to see the proper form used is key to getting the most out of whatever routine you are doing. Sportskool On Demand and Exercise On Demand are the 2 here.go to the cable providers website and look for shows or ask for them
