Jogging is a best way to get the fitness and improve the body strength and stamina.
I also do jogging, running, and swimming for the fitness purposes.
These workout help me a lot in this regard.

I do 3.25 - 4.0 miles on the treadmill 3 times a week, lift for upper body strength 3 times a week, and drink beer for nutrition.

Jogging is a best exercise i think people should start doing jogging everyday. I also do jogging and trust me its a best way to keep our body healthy and smart. We can make brain fresh and can prevent from many diseases.
