Patriot...careful with that....as I mentioned in other thread I have a severe vitamin D deficiency....milk is a good source of D...stopped by Dad in-laws and said ya know those HORRIBLE charlie horses I had during hunting season...well dangerous low D...20...He's says Ya mine was 22 and I'm on perscription D as well...I can't believe how much better I feel in general since taking 50,000 IU's to straighten me out...I'll be on a maintainance of 1200 a day after the prescription is up...I never drank alot of milk but eat cheeseand lots of veggies...us Northerners don't get enough sun....block as low as 15 will naygate any D from sun exposure
